Sloped Cast-On

Add sts at the end of RS rows for Purl side increases and at the end of WS rows for Knit side increases as foll:

Using a simple cast-on, add number of sts asked to increase, turn work.
On P rows, with yarn in front, sl 1st st and p next st through the back loop. On K rows, with yarn in back, sl 1 st and k next st through the back loop.
