Peplum Chart Rows 13-14 include short rows:
Add 1 St st to each row between last st & next to last st, making each short row 10 sts long as in Rows 9& 10.

Note that the odd-numbered rows are read from right to left and the even-numbered rows are read from left to right.
Following are the written instructions for the first 3 rows of the chart pat:

Row 1: Dc in 7th ch from hook, *ch 1, skip 1 ch, dc in next ch; rep from * to end. Ch 10, turn.
Row 2: Skip first 2 dc from row 1, *sc in next dc from row 1, ch 3, turn, dc in 4th ch from hook and in next 5 ch, ch 3, turn, dc in each of 6 dc just made, skip next dc from row 1, tr in next dc from row 1, ch 6, skip 1 dc from row 1; rep from *, end tr in top of t-ch. Ch 7, turn.
Row 3: *Sc in top of next dc group, ch 3, tr in next tr from row 2, ch 3; rep from *, end sc n top of last dc-group, ch 3, tr in 4th ch of t-ch.
